From OpenTable (the restaurant guide/reservation service):
“Bistro Z is the premier destination restaurant in Westchester County. We exceed all of our guests expectations by serving only the finest quality food.”

When it comes to advertising, restaurants are in need of serious professional help. They have no clue how to do it, and furthermore, it’s not in the budget, so they do it themselves with the above disastrous results. If you asked me to rank good advertising, restaurants, any restaurant, would be at the bottom of the heap. This one, at least, is understandable. Imaginary food critic review: “We expected to encounter a rat-infested hellhole trying to pass off Spam as grilled grouper. To our surprise, the food was fabulous.”
